Mushin (無心) Terms of Service

1. What Mushin is

Mushin lets you create activities, log entries, write notes, track counts and streaks, and optionally share parts of your record through profile visibility and fellow connections.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session.
• Usernames are public, stable identifiers within Mushin and should be chosen with that in mind.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a recovery email if you choose to provide one.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and device access secure.

3. Your content

• You keep responsibility for the content you enter into Mushin, including notes, comments, tags, and activity names.
• You must not use Mushin to post unlawful content, abuse other people, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• If you choose public visibility or accept fellow connections, you are responsible for the content you make visible to others.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, scrape it abusively, or attack its infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate another person or attempt to bypass account controls.
• Do not use Mushin in a way that harms other users or the operator.

AQNAS may suspend or remove access to accounts that violate these terms or threaten the safety or operation of the service.

5. Availability and changes

Mushin is provided on an ongoing basis, but specific features may change, be improved, or be removed over time. AQNAS may modify the service as needed for maintenance, security, or product development.

6. Data export, deletion, and privacy

Mushin provides account controls for exporting data, importing a Mushin export file to replace current data, and deleting your account or guest record. How personal data is collected, used, retained, and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Mushin is a general-purpose tracking tool. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information you store in the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, AQNAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Mushin.

9. Termination

You may stop using Mushin at any time. You may also delete your account from within the service. AQNAS may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address abuse, or protect the service and its users.

10. Updates to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of Mushin after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
